Our Services: Catering

BASE Logistics offers an extensive network of high quality caterers capable of providing planned, full service meals on-site. Each caterer meets high standards developed by BASE for quality, personnel, equipment, product knowledge, safety and reliability.

Our professional catering staff has developed processes designed to provide efficient, cost effective meal service in remote locations. Menu plans are designed to offer quality and nutritionally balanced meals. These plans are adjusted by region to complement local tastes.

Food service facilities are set up to move personnel quickly and efficiently from the serving line to the dining area. Our processes allow us to quickly prepare and serve quality meals to large groups.

To maximize efficiency, BASE orders and controls food inventory at each location. This allows our caterers to concentrate on providing quality meals in sufficient quantities to meet the demand fluctuations inherent in emergency responses.

Boxed Lunch Program

In addition to the ability to prepare and serve all meals on-site, BASE offers a proprietary boxed lunch program. This program provides a hearty and nutritious midday meal that workers can pick up at breakfast or can be delivered to workers at the jobsite.

These lunches are carefully planned to offer the highest quality and variety. Each meal contains a main course cold cut sandwich containing 1/3 lb of meat, a pasta salad, fruit, cookie, chips, condiments and two additional snacks. An insulated gel pack in each box keeps the meals cool in warm weather.
