Base Logistics catering operations has provided innovative and high quality foodservice solutions for emergency response situations since 1998.

Through the years, our professional catering staff has developed processes to provide efficient, cost effective on-site meal service in remote locations.  From menu plans designed to offer quality and nutritionally balanced meals, including our proprietary box lunch program, to dining facilities setup to move personnel quickly from the serving line to dining area, BASE has been the leader in emergency response catering.

A key component of our catering process is our ability to purchase and have delivered large amounts of food through active contracts with our foodservice providers.  BASE maintains National Account status with Sysco Foodservices and U.S. Foods and with regional providers such as Doerle Foodservice.  This status allows us instant accessibility to the food supplies necessary to maintain large scale catering operations.   

In addition to our own catering operations, BASE maintains an extensive network of high quality catering partners.  These certified foodservice operations meet our standards for quality, personnel, equipment, product knowledge, safety and reliability.  This network allows BASE to quickly respond in any region of the Country.
