BASE maintains a wide variety of alternative lodging options tailored to meet customer requirements.  From mobile sleeper units configured with 36 or 20 bunks each, to sleep tents; BASE can meet your needs.  All alternative lodging options come complete with power and HVAC and come staffed with housekeeping and maintenance personnel.




36 bunk mobile sleepers:  BASE maintains exclusive use of 70 of these units providing 2,520 beds with another 1,008 beds soon to be delivered.  These units are strategically located throughout the Midwest and Southeast in order to affect and fast and cost effective mobilization.  Complete linen sets or sleeping bags are provided at customer’s direction.






20 bunk custom sleepers:  Designed in collaboration with our vendor, these units contain 20 beds that are segregated into two compartments, each with a complete a bath/shower. Additionally, these units can be transported with a ¾ ton p/u truck making them highly mobile and less expensive to mobilize. With a fleet of 25 dedicated units, BASE can furnish up to 500 beds to meet customer needs.  Linen sets or sleeping bags and shower sets are provided with these units.









Sleep Tents:  Whether you require dormitory size tents, capable of sleeping up to 250 persons each, to portable, inflatable “platoon size” tents BASE can provide the right solution to fit your needs.  Power generation, HVAC, flooring, cots and linen sets or sleeping bags are included with this option.








Cots/Sleeping Bags/Linen Sets
BASE maintains access to more than 1,000 cots, sleeping bags and/or linen sets ready to ship immediately for those customers able to secure hard shell facilities to house personnel.
